Every account gets a named contact who has actually seen the product. Being passed between three people to answer one question about a coil resistance is the fastest way to lose a buyer, so we do not organise support that way.
How the price is actually built
We publish a realistic band of 3.47 to 9.45 per unit for standard configurations at 500 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Custom printing raises the unit price and lowers the marketing cost. For B2B buyers the break-even is usually reached on the second or third repeat order, not the first, so we quote both branded and neutral options.
