Assortment planning without the guesswork
A practical starting order for B2B buyers is 50 units across two or three SKUs, not 50 units of one. That spreads the risk, gives your staff something to compare, and still hits the first price break.
Colour range is where assortments quietly die. Six finishes look impressive in a brochure and disastrous on a shelf with 40 cm of space. We recommend two finishes per core SKU and let the trial line carry the novelty.
